A calming class that focuses on opening up tightness and down regulation of your nervous system. Ideal for those practitioners that need a counter to weight training, running or cycling. Slow flows spend longer time in poses to integrate and breathe into areas that need attention. A good night’s sleep and peaceful mind are always on the cards post a slow flow.
