Gentle postnatal movement, bonding, baby yoga and sensory time


Class Description

This class offers a gentle and supportive space for new mothers to move, reconnect with their bodies and focus on their own wellbeing while bonding with their babies. Each session includes postnatal-friendly stretches, breathing practices and relaxation to help ease tension, support recovery and rebuild strength at a steady, comfortable pace. Babies are fully included throughout the class with simple baby yoga postures, gentle movement, basic signing and sensory elements to support early development and connection. These activities are designed to be soothing, playful and supportive for bonding. Recomended from 10-12 weeks , although all babies welcome- the yoga practice will be adapted if baby is less than 10 weeks old. Alongside the physical aspects, the class gives mothers time to pause, breathe and feel grounded during the early months of parenthood. Themes across the block include self-care, emotional wellbeing, managing overwhelm, rebuilding confidence and creating calm moments at home. A cuppa and cake are included each week, offering time to chat and build a supportive community with other new mums. The atmosphere is relaxed and nurturing, with space for feeding, changing and taking everything at your own pace. No previous yoga experience is required.
