Class Description

This class offers children a weekly space to move, breathe and unwind after school. The sessions blend simple yoga poses, gentle movement and guided relaxation to help children build strength, balance and body awareness. Across the six weeks, children will explore themes such as confidence, kindness, friendship, resilience and general wellbeing. We introduce age-appropriate techniques for managing emotions, improving focus, and supporting a healthy mindset, including how to navigate school pressures and digital habits. The atmosphere is calm, supportive and enjoyable, encouraging children to feel comfortable, develop empathy and learn useful tools they can take into everyday life. The class is suitable for ages 7 - 12.
