Class Description

Balanced Vinyasa classes will move through standing, flowing and seated style postures. Sequences will vary in style and tempo depending on the teacher - but all classes can be modified to suit where you are at. These classes are intended to work your full body and build awareness, flexibility and strength. Ideal for those practitioners that need a counter to weight training, running or cycling.
