Class Description

Join us every Wednesday for our traditional Ashtanga Yoga class at Escape Yoga. Ashtanga is a disciplined, breath-led practice that builds strength, focus, and flexibility. Each class begins with the traditional opening chant and ends with the set closing sequence. Moving through a modified primary series, this is an energetic yet meditative practice which is ideal for those practitioners that need a counter to weight training, running or cycling.
