About the event
A two-night Yoga retreat, hosted in the Brecon Beacons. We will stay at the impressive Penpont Manor house, which was built in 1600 and has a world-famous maze on the grounds. The retreat is all-inclusive and includes all meals and hot/soft drinks as well as daily yoga classes and contrast therapy, including cold water dip and sauna, meditations and sound baths. Our meals are thoughtfully created to support both body and mind, using whole, nutrient-rich ingredients designed to boost immunity, support gut health, and sustain energy throughout the day, so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely well from the inside out. More importantly, this weekend guarantees a safe space for you to be heard, seen, or just sit back and switch off from everyday. We will create some strategies to help support any intentions, and we know from the feedback received that you will leave feeling connected to yourself…

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: BOOKINGS ARE NOT SECURED UNTIL A DEPOSIT OF £200 IS RECEIVED BY ESCAPE YOGA LTD. PAYMENT DETAILS WILL BE SENT IN THE RESERVATION TICKET EMAIL. Shared double beds are a total of £700. If you are sharing the bed the cost is £350 pp and requires a deposit to book of £200 pp. You can book with another person or book individually. A shared double that is in a shared room (with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4) and shared bathroom. Bathrooms are shared between a maximum of 4.
