About the event
A two-night Yoga retreat, hosted in the Brecon Beacons. We will stay at the impressive Penpont Manor house, which was built in 1600 and has a world-famous maze on the grounds. The retreat is all-inclusive and includes all meals and hot/soft drinks as well as daily yoga classes and contrast therapy, including cold water dip and sauna, meditations and sound baths. Meals will be vegetarian with vegan options - if you have any food allergies or intolerances, let us know. More importantly, this weekend guarantees a safe space for you to be heard, seen, or just sit back and switch off from the everyday. We will create some strategies to help support any intentions, and we know from the feedback received that you will leave feeling connected to yourself and free from all the noise and internal chatter of everyday life. Shared double beds are a total of £700. If you are sharing the bed the cost is £350 pp and requires a deposit to book of £200 pp. You can book with another person or book individually.
