About the event
A two night yoga retreat, hosted on the Pembrokshire Coast. We will stay at the incredible Cwm Conell, with stunning views of Cardigan Bay as well as the magnificent Preseli Hills you’ll find yourself quickly immersed in nature. From our retreat venue you can choose to follow the stream down through the woods to the little pebbly cove of Ceibwr Bay, or perhaps head along the coast path to the magnificent cliffs of Cemaes Head.
The retreat is all inclusive providing all meals and hot/soft drinks as well as daily yoga classes and workshops, meditations, cold water therapy and sound baths. More importantly this weekend guarantees a safe space for you to be heard , seen or just sit back and switch off from everyday.
