Whether you’re a total beginner or a regular runner, our inclusive run club is all about getting outside, having fun, and trying something new — no pressure, just good vibes and movement at your own pace. Each run ends with an optional (but highly recommended) well-earned brunch, because what’s a little sweat without some hearty fuel at the end?
We’ll always have two pace options:
🏃♀️ A walk/run pace perfect for beginners
🏃 A steady 6:30–6:45 min/km pace for more regular runners (or faster depending on the group)
Come solo or bring a friend — all you need is a pair of trainers and a sense of adventure. Let’s run, laugh, and brunch together!
