Welcome the winter solstice in with this ritual practice

Service Description
Gather as we celebrate the ending of autumn and start of winter. In yogic and escape tradition, we will move through 108 sun salutations to cleanse the body and shed summer, ready for the more intention setting energies that winter brings. The class will end with a long savasana and post class optional sea dip at Caswell
