Online Slow Flow Yoga

Service Description

This class is aimed at beginner/intermediate/advanced . If you want to move your body but slower come down and get your movement and leave feeling stretched and relaxed. It's a steady pace focusing on stretching out all parts of the body. We will look at moving and stretching out all over ready for the weekend ahead. It's yoga so we will of course be incorporating some specific breathing exercises and a savasana (meditation) to finish- you will feel reset and ready for the anything.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be within 72 hours of scheduled booking- no refunds issued but we can agree another class booking if cancellation within 72 hours.
