Service Description

Gather as we celebrate the ending of summer and the beginning of Autumn. In yogic and escape tradition, we will move through 108 sun salutations to cleanse the body and shed summer, ready for the more yin like energies that Autumn brings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be within 72 hours of scheduled booking- no refunds issued but we can agree another class booking if cancellation within 72 hours.
